Report on Legal Outreach and Public Legal Information Activities – 2025

Approximately 172,000 instances of effective engagement between January 2025 and January 2026

Throughout 2025, my professional activity as a lawyer, primarily focused on immigration law, was accompanied by a sustained and structured programme of legal outreach and public legal information. This activity was aimed at improving understanding of legal frameworks, judicial reasoning, and procedural issues of significant public interest.

The outreach initiative was carried out alongside the practice of law and involved the production and dissemination of legal analyses and explanatory materials. Its purpose was to make complex aspects of immigration law accessible to a wider audience, while maintaining a rigorous, methodologically sound approach to legislation and case law, in line with professional and ethical standards.

In the interests of transparency and accountability, this report presents aggregated data concerning the effective use of the legal content published during the period from January 2025 to January 2026.

During the reference period, the legal materials disseminated as part of this activity recorded approximately 172,000 instances of effective engagement, understood as:

  • readings of legal articles and explanatory publications;
  • views of video-based legal content;
  • listens to audio materials and podcasts.

These figures refer exclusively to actual content consumption and deliberately exclude metrics based solely on reach, impressions, or visibility. This approach reflects a cautious and methodologically robust standard commonly adopted in institutional reporting and policy-oriented analysis.

The published content focused in particular on:

  • legal frameworks and judicial developments in the field of immigration law;
  • procedural explanations relevant to affected individuals and practitioners;
  • systemic reflections on migration governance and legal institutions;
  • informational materials addressed both to the general public and to professionals working in the sector.

Alongside content production, information was also disseminated through professional social media channels, notably LinkedIn. Over the same period, published materials generated more than 112,000 impressions, reaching approximately 47,000 unique users.
These figures are reported separately, as they relate to dissemination metrics and are not included in the engagement totals referred to above.

The purpose of this report is to provide a concise, transparent and verifiable overview of the informational impact of a legal outreach activity closely connected to professional legal practice and conducted in accordance with principles of accuracy, responsibility and professional integrity.

Legal outreach activities will continue throughout 2026, in line with ongoing professional commitments, with the aim of contributing to a more informed, evidence-based public discussion on immigration law and its legal and social implications.
